I  am a member of Afrinic BoT. I have got a Phd in computer
science, and I have good experience in IT, computer networking
and Internet technologies. Now, I am working as an Associate
Professor in computer engineering (Faculty of sciences, math
and computer dept.) at the University of Kinshasa and as Network
Quality Specialist in the Engineering dept. at Vodacom DRC. I
have been implied in some telecom/Internet important projects
in my country and I had contributed in creation of some IT/Internet
associations (e.g. ISPADRC\). I think my experience in IT and

Being on the board since Dakar has been a very enriching experience. I feel it is my duty to come back for another and last term to help complete the transition process and ensure AfriNIC administration is set up with a solid foundation.
