I am a member of Afrinic BoT. I have got a Phd in computer
science, and I have good experience in IT, computer networking
and Internet technologies. Now, I am working as an Associate
Professor in computer engineering (Faculty of sciences, math
and computer dept.) at the University of Kinshasa and as Network
Quality Specialist in the Engineering dept. at Vodacom DRC. I
have been implied in some telecom/Internet important projects
in my country and I had contributed in creation of some IT/Internet
associations (e.g. ISPADRC\). I think my experience in IT and
Internet development will allow me to bring a certain value added.

Vice president of the Gabonese association of the free software users and am currently indicate by the Gabonese government to set up ccTLD .gas registry. I have just initiated the installation of an exchange point carrying out the convergence of the corporate networks in GABON to support E-trade. Being on the board since Dakar has been a very enriching experience. I feel it is my duty to come back for another and last term to help complete the transition process and ensure AfriNIC administration is set up with a solid foundation.
I have been involved in the ICT Industry in Mauritius for many years. I am also a board member of ACT (Local ICT association) & AMPAD (Local mobile phone association).
