AFRINIC Elections

AFRINIC holds several elections as part of its proceedings and organisational governance structure. We usually hold an election for:

  1. The appointment of Board of Directors
  2. The appointment of Co-Chairs of the Policy Development Working Groups
  3. The appointment AFRINC region's representatives on the NRO Number Council (NRO-NC)

The AFRINIC community is expected to play an active role in the running of the organisation and also on the global Internet resource community by nominating candidates and voting in various AFRINIC elections.

We strongly encourage members and the community in general to actively participate in the election process they are qualified to.
