Successful conclusion of AFRINIC Training in Burkina Faso

AFRINIC recently concluded the last training session for 2018. The four-day Internet Number Resources Management (INRM) Fundamentals & Understanding and Deploying IPv6 Workshop took place in Hotel Ramada Pearl in Ouagadougou Burkina Faso from 12th- 14th December 2018 where twenty-five engineers participated.

The workshop helped engineers in Burkina Faso acquire the following technical skills:

• Effectively manage their Internet Number Resources using the WHOIS database
• Create an IPv6 Address Plan
• Configure, troubleshoot and verify IPv6 devices as part of an IPv6 deployment project
