Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and skills in managing and visualising data within the Capacity Building department, while contributing to the optimisation of our CRM and LMS platforms. The intern will also play a key role in transforming customer feedback into actionable insights (Voice of the Customer), helping to continuously improve our products and services.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Open to students in their 2nd year and above, preferably in their final year or recent graduates.
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingualism in English and French is highly preferred.
- Medium to advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including data charting and visualisation.
- Familiarity with WordPress as a Content Management System (CMS).
- Analytical thinking with the ability to monitor automated workflows and interpret customer feedback.
- Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and naming conventions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a digital ecosystem.

- This internship offers a competitive monthly stipend for a duration of 3 months (renewable).
- The position is based in Mauritius. The successful candidate will be required to work primarily from this location.
